Microwave Pecan Pralines

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cup  pecans, chopped finely

6oz. pet milk

3 tablespoons butter

2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Butter wax paper and lay out on flat work area to put mixture on later.

Mix Sugar, Pecan, pet milk,butter and vanilla. Stir well. Place in microwave for 12-18 minutes then check and see if it start firming in cold water. If so then take out microwave and stir well then quickly drop a tablespoon of mixture on buttered wax paper. After mixture is spooned out let cool until hardened.

Mixture cool fast so work QUICKLY.

Note: How long it takes to cook depends on microwave. Start cook time at 12 minutes then check mixture and put back on if needed.

If you cook it to long it becomes pecan brittle.

Make sure you use a metal tablespoon.

WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH MIXTURE VERY VERY HOT AND WILL BURN YOU. IF YOU NEED TO GET MIXTURE OFF SPOON GET IT OFF WITH A ANOTHER SPOON.
