What you need:
24 oz. – Elbow Pasta
1/4 cup- 2% milk
4oz. – Philadelphia Cream Cheese Original (cubed)
1 – 15 oz Jar- Tostitos Monterey Jack Queso Dip (the white one)
1- 15 oz Jar- Tostitos Queso Dip ( the yellow one)
4 cups – Finely shredded Colby Jack Cheese
How to do it:
Cook pasta as the directions on the box instructs you to do. After the pasta is cooked drain and rinse in cold water. Leave pasta in strainer to cool. Mean while in large pot combine cream cheese, milk, both jars of queso dip, and 3 cups of shredded cheese cook on low until everything is mixed into sauce wisk frequently . Preheat oven to 350. Once completely melted slowly add pasta. once all is combined put in casserole dish and top with 1 cup of shredded cheese and bake for 30 min or until nice and bubbly and all cheese is melted and light golden brown. Then enjoy! It will be hot.
