2 lbs ground meat
1 eggs
2 tsp. grated Parmesan
2 tsp. garlic and herb dry salad dressing mix
couple dashes worcestershire
Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning to taste
Directions:
Put ground meat in a mixing bowl. Top with grated parmesan, garlic and herb dry salad dressing mix ,creole seasoning, worcestershire and eggs. Mix with hands very well and then make patties. Cook on indoor grill on high or in oven on 350F. Cook until when you press burger with spatula comes out clear.
