1lb. boneless chicken breast
2 envelopes dry Italian dressing mix
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
1 can chicken broth
1 (16oz) package baby carrots
Red potatoes
Directions:
Place Red potatoes and baby carrots in a slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth then sprinkle vegetables with 1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix then give vegetables a toss to make sure they all get a coating of dressing mix. Place chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with the other envelope of Italian dressing mix.
Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours high 3-4 hours.
