Lace’s fried chicken breast

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ginger ground

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon Oregano

½ teaspoon rosemary

½ teaspoon tarragon

1 teaspoon Creole seasoning

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

¼ cup milk

4 boneless,skinless chicken breast

Directions:

Pre-heat deep fryer to 350°F or Fry on chicken on stove until it isn’t pink in the middle.

Combine flour and spices in a gallon size ziplock bag . Dip chicken into egg and milk mixture.

Place one chicken breast at a time into ziplock bag with flour mixture and shake to coat chicken.

Shake off any excess flour mixture. Cook until chicken is golden brown and middle isn’t pink any longer.
