1 pound bow tie pasta
1 pound lean ground beef
3 (26 ounce) jars pasta sauce
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bag of mini pepperoni sliced
Top:
4oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (25 count) bag sliced pepperoni
Directions :
Put bow tie pasta to cook. Drain just shy of al dente. Pasta will continue to cook in oven.Brown groundmeat. when all groundmeat is almost brown add mini pepperoni to heat up. Add pasta sauce and bow tie pasta.Dump into 9×13 baking dish then top with mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree F. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Note: Mix up sauce with pasta in a stock pot or the pot will not be big enough. May also cook pasta in microwave start at 10 minutes and then check pasta. If not done put back on for 2 minutes (may put back on if not done).
