Ingredients:
1 package Butter Cake Mix (I use Duncan Hines)
1 (3oz.) package Lemon Jell-o
1 cup hot water
4 large eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Glaze Ingredients:
2 cups Confectioner’s sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order. Beat cake ingredients for 10 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 9x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While baking mix together glaze. Once cake comes out the oven immediately poke holes with fork. Pour glaze over cake while the cake is still hot and spread.
