Honey Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients:

2 cups self-rising corn meal

1 cup self-rising flour

1/3 cup sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

2 cups milk

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Stir in milk, honey, eggs and melted unsalted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
