{"id":754,"date":"2014-12-10T03:28:23","date_gmt":"2014-12-10T09:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bigheartskitchen.net\/recipes\/?page_id=754"},"modified":"2022-06-07T13:37:49","modified_gmt":"2022-06-07T18:37:49","slug":"asian-style-pepper-steak-slow-cooker-soup","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bigheartskitchen.net\/recipes\/?page_id=754","title":{"rendered":"Asian Style Pepper steak  slow cooker soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Part I<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 lbs round beef\u00a0steak<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup soy sauce, low-sodium<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0small chopped onions<\/p>\n<p>1\u00a0 garlic clove, minced<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon sugar<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 teaspoon\u00a0 ground ginger<\/p>\n<p><strong>Part II<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 red bell pepper, cut in strips<\/p>\n<p>1 green bell pepper, cut in strips<\/p>\n<p>1 can 16oz diced tomatoes, drained<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>Part I:<\/p>\n<p>Cut Beef into strips 3inchs x 1inch strips then put in slow cooker.<\/p>\n<p>In separate bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and ginger.\u00a0 Pour over beef.<\/p>\n<p>Cover.\u00a0 Cook on LOW 5-6 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Part II<\/p>\n<p>Add tomatoes and bell peppers.
